What if the one that needs therapy, is yourself? Gary Lancelotta, director of mental health and head of the suicide team at a large metropolitan hospital in south Florida, Gary is Doctor of Psychology  and a clinical therapist but even when someone is as well trained and as experienced as Gary, many times the biggest challenges are right at home. It may seem quite daunting to run a psych ward at a large hospital and directing a medical team to help patients either prevent or recover from suicide attempts. Even though this may seem like an incredible task, sometimes being a father, a husband, a friend, are even more challenging.
